The Coosa County Jail is a medium-security detention center located in Rockford, Alabama. Operated locally by the Coosa County Sheriff's Office, this jail holds inmates who are awaiting trial or sentencing. The Coosa County Sheriff's Department has the largest number of law enforcement officers in the county and is the largest facility in Alabama. The current Sheriff was sworn in as Sheriff in September 2009.

Visitation Rules
