Opened since 1984, Madera County Juvenile Boot Camp is a medium-security detention center located in Madera, California. This facility was originally designed to house a total of 60 inmates, but by 2004, the Madera County Juvenile Boot Camp experienced over a 240% increase in the average daily population for the facility and needed to expand.

Send a Mail/Package

Visitation Rules

Visitation occurs via video from the visitor’s home/device or in the lobby of the Madera County Community Justice Center which is located at 28261 Avenue 14, Madera, CA, 93638. Inmates are usually allowed one 40-minute visits per week. Each inmate may have two visitors at a time.

  • Jail staff may refuse a visit due to inappropriate dress or conduct while visiting
