Visitation Rules

Visitation occurs via video from the visitor’s home/device or in the lobby of the Tulare County Community Justice Center which is located at 11150 Avenue 368, Visalia, CA, 93291. Inmates are usually allowed one 40-minute visits per week. Each inmate may have two visitors at a time.
