The Phillips County Jail is a medium-security detention center located in Holyoke, Colorado. Operated locally by the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office, this jail holds inmates who are awaiting trial or sentencing. The Phillips County Sheriff’s Department has the largest number of law enforcement officers in the county and is the largest facility in Colorado. The current Sheriff was sworn in as Sheriff in September 2009.
