If you do not have access to a computer or smartphone where you can get onto the internet you can visit the Oxford Jail where a staff member can help you at the lobby.

Only 4"x 6 " plain white postcards that are metered, unstamped with a pencil or blue or black ink may be sent to the offender. No other mail is permitted.
