Naples Jail is a medium security detention center for adult inmates that is locally operated by the Naples City Police Department. This facility serves the city of Naples and the surrounding area.
The Naples Jail houses inmates that have been convicted of crimes and serving a sentence that is 12 months or less as well as those who are still awaiting trial. Inmates that are sentenced for more than 12 months are transferred to a federal or state prison.
