Send a Mail/Package
Inmates at Orange County Jail may receive only metered, unstamped, plain white postcards no larger than 4" x 6" as mail. Writing must be in pencil or blue or black ink. Any other mail will be returned to the sender.
If no return address is available, unauthorized mail will be stored in the inmate's locker until the inmate's release.

Phone Calls
The Orange County Jail inmates are not allowed to receive phone calls, but they may make phone calls. The calls are limited to 15-minutes, and the call will be terminated when the 15 minutes are over.
Inmates at Orange County Jail can make outgoing phone calls through SECURUS Technologies using an inmate debit. Another option is to make collect calls. Inmates are only be allowed to call those who have a landline, so they may not call anyone who is using a cell phone.
The individual receiving the collect call is the one responsible all the fees that are associated with the collect call.
Visitation Rules
Orange County Jail has two options for visitations: online or on-site. All visits are by appointment only and may be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
Online Visits
Inmates in the Orange County Jail can visit with friends or family at the jail’s video visitation center or remotely (At-Home) via the internet.
Each inmate is allowed two 30-minute visits per week at the visitation center. Each online visit costs $5.00.
On-site Visits
Before you are allowed in the Orange County Jail’s visitation area you will need to show either your driver’s license, state identification card, or your United States Passport.
You will need to put all of your personal belonging in your vehicle, including cell phones and bags.
