The Volusia County Correctional Facility is a medium-security detention center located in Daytona Beach, Florida. Operated locally by the Volusia County Sheriff's Office, this jail holds inmates who are awaiting trial or sentencing. The Volusia County Sheriff's Department has the largest number of law enforcement officers in the county and is the largest facility in Florida. The current Sheriff was sworn in as Sheriff in September 2009.

Volusia County Correctional Facility requires all visitors to fill out an application prior to visitation.
