The Hickman County Detention Center is a medium-security detention center located in Clinton, Kentucky. Operated locally by the Hickman County Sheriff's Office, this jail holds inmates who are awaiting trial or sentencing. The Hickman County Sheriff's Department has the largest number of law enforcement officers in the county and is the largest facility in Kentucky. The current Sheriff was sworn in as Sheriff in September 2009.

Hickman County Detention Center requires all visitors to fill out an application prior to visitation.
