The LaSalle Corrections Center is a medium-security detention center located in Olla, Louisiana. Operated locally by the La Salle Parish County Sheriff's Office, this jail holds inmates who are awaiting trial or sentencing. The La Salle Parish County Sheriff's Department has the largest number of law enforcement officers in the county and is the largest facility in Louisiana. The current Sheriff was sworn in as Sheriff in September 2009.

Visitation Rules

LaSalle Corrections Center requires all visitors to fill out an application prior to visitation. If you want to visit an inmate at LaSalle Corrections Center, carefully fill out the application. Jail visits are conducted in person behind plexiglass or on a televised screen from another location. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and guardians must provide proof of their guardianship. Inmates may have two visitors during each visit.
