Send a Mail/Package
Inmates at Webster Parish Jail may receive only metered, unstamped, plain white postcards no larger than 4" x 6" as mail. Writing must be in pencil or blue or black ink. Any other mail will be returned to the sender.
If no return address is available, unauthorized mail will be stored in the inmate's locker until the inmate's release.

Sending Money
The Webster Parish Jail accepts money for inmates 24 hours a day via the kiosk in the jail lobby. The kiosk accepts cash and credit/debit cards. Money orders will be accepted through the mail. All money orders must be made out to "Webster Parish Jail". Money can also be sent to the inmate’s account online using JPay services.
The Webster Parish Jail does not accept personal checks for inmates.

Visitation Rules
Visitation occurs via video from the visitor’s home/device or in the lobby of the Webster Parish County Community Justice Center which is located at 1455 Bravo Boulevard
PO Box 877, Minden, LA, 71055. Inmates are usually allowed one 40-minute visits per week. Each inmate may have two visitors at a time.
