Visitation Rules

Visitors must be registered on the Baltimore County Detention Center - Kenilworth Diagnostic Unit’s visitation website and have selected the inmate who is being visited. Visitors have the ability to schedule a visit from home on a tablet or phone. Visitor registration can also be done by using the kiosk in the jail lobby.
