You can also take advantage of using Western Union and GTL as well.

Phone Calls

When an inmate is kept in the Northeast Region - Department of Youth Services, they are permitted to make phone calls home. The Northeast Region - Department of Youth Services contracts with GTL for their phone service.

You can put money directly on their phone account through GTL if you would like. The inmate is responsible to have funds on their account to be able to call home.

All calls will be limited to 15 minutes per person for all inmates to have the chance to contact their loved ones.

Visitation Rules

If you would like to visit an inmate here at the Northeast Region - Department of Youth Services, you will need to first and foremost fill out the visitor's application. You will then need to wait for the visitor application to be approved before you can schedule your visitation appointment.

To schedule a visitor appointment, you will need to contact the following number 978-646-2300 during Monday through Wednesday between the hours of 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Visitation will be held on Thursdays between the following time frames:

  • 8:15 am to 9:45 am

  • 10:30 am to 12 pm

  • 1 pm to 2:30 pm
