Send a Mail/Package
Inmates at Polk County Northwest Regional Corrections Center may receive only metered, unstamped, plain white postcards no larger than 4" x 6" as mail. Writing must be in pencil or blue or black ink. Any other mail will be returned to the sender.

Visitation Rules
Visitation occurs via video from the visitor’s home/device or in the lobby of the Polk County Community Justice Center which is located at 816 Marin Avenue, Suite 110, Crookston, MN, 56716. Inmates are usually allowed one 40-minute visits per week. Each inmate may have two visitors at a time.
