Please keep in mind that the Cranbury Police Department also runs the Cranbury City Jail full-time as well, which is partly why they do not have an online roster readily available.

Communication is a big part of anyone’s life, but the Cranbury City Jail does NOT allow inmate mail. The offender will only be in their facility for a short few days. You will be required to wait for the offender to be sent to another facility prior to you sending them any letters, care packages, or anything else.

As previously stated, offenders will typically be in the Cranbury City Jail for roughly three days. The Cranbury City Jail will fulfill all the needs that the offenders will have.

The Cranbury City Jail will provide the offender with three meals a day, hygiene products, and proper time to clean themselves up.

No offender in the Cranbury City Jail will need any money.

Offenders cannot receive phone calls from you while they are being held in the Cranbury City Jail, but they can make outgoing calls. These outgoing calls are going to strictly be collect calls.

All fees that come with collect calls will fall on the recipient of the call.

Offenders can receive visitors, if they are not going through any court proceedings while they are being held at the Cranbury City Jail.

For you to visit an offender, you should contact the facility first to ensure they are not at the courthouse and that they are available to receive a visitor.

If so, the visiting hours are Monday through Friday between 8 am to 9 pm and on weekends from 9 am to 3 pm.
