Send a Mail/Package
Inmates at Madison County Corrections Department may receive only metered, unstamped, plain white postcards no larger than 4" x 6" as mail. Writing must be in pencil or blue or black ink. Any other mail will be returned to the sender.
If no return address is available, unauthorized mail will be stored in the inmate's locker until the inmate's release.

Magazines and books may be sent to an inmate if they are directly from the publisher. Inmates are not allowed to be mailed packages, although family and friends can order them items and goods through iCare.
Sending Money
The Madison County Corrections Department accepts money for inmates 24 hours a day via the kiosk in the jail lobby. The kiosk accepts cash and credit/debit cards. Money orders will be accepted through the mail. All money orders must be made out to "Madison County Corrections Department". Money can also be sent to the inmate’s account online using JPay services.
The Madison County Corrections Department does not accept personal checks for inmates.

Visitation occurs via video from the visitor’s home/device or in the lobby of the Madison County Community Justice Center which is located at 138 North Court Street
