Inmates will need money in their account to buy supplies to write home, to use the phone, personal hygiene products, among other things.

Annsville Residential Center contracts with Securtel for their phone needs. For an inmate to call home using Securtel, you will need to set up an account. When setting up an account, you can choose your payment method.

You will be responsible for ensuring there is money on the inmate's phone account, so they can make these calls home to you.

The Annsville Residential Center does not allow walk-in visitations like other facilities. If you would like to visit an inmate who is currently in the custody of the Annsville Residential Center, you will need to make an appointment.
