The Clackamas County Juvenile Detention Center is a medium-security detention center located in Portland, Oregon. Operated locally by the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office, this jail holds inmates who are awaiting trial or sentencing. The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Department has the largest number of law enforcement officers in the county and is the largest facility in Oregon. The current Sheriff was sworn in as Sheriff in September 2009.
