How to Find Someone in Capitol Pavilion
The Capitol Pavilion is a state facility in Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections is the law agency that is ultimately responsible for ensuring they have the most up to date inmate roster of all inmates in their custody.

You will need to adhere to the guidelines in the welcome packet, and bear in mind that staff members will open and read every piece of mail that comes into the facility. Sending Money
Inmates will need money while they are in the Capitol Pavilion. Inmates will not only need money to purchase items from the commissary, but they will also need money to be able to make phone calls to their friends and family.
The Capitol Pavilion uses JPay.
JPay allows you to send money over the phone, online, and in person. It is one of the more popular ways you can send funds to an inmate in the Capitol Pavilion. You will need to keep in mind that sending money through JPay will accrue a service fee, but the funds will be in the inmates account between 1 to 3 days.
Phone Calls
Communication is a big deal for the Capitol Pavilion. They want inmates and families to stay in constant communication.
However, you will not be permitted to call inmates, but during certain times inmates will be permitted to call home.
Inmates will have a standard 15-minute time limit. You will not be permitted to use any call features such as call waiting or three-way calling.
You will need to keep in the back of your mind that all outgoing calls will not only be monitored, but they will also be recorded as well.
Visitation Rules
Before you will be permitted to come on down to the Capitol Pavilion, you will be required to fill out the visitor application. You will then be required to wait for the application to be approved before you will be able to come on-site.
The Capitol Pavilion has its visiting hours on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 9 am to 3 pm.
You can come as early as 8:15 am to start registration for your visit. You will not be permitted to come later than 2 pm for a visit.
