Send a Mail/Package
Inmates at Rhea County Juvenile Detention Center may receive only metered, unstamped, plain white postcards no larger than 4" x 6" as mail. Writing must be in pencil or blue or black ink. Any other mail will be returned to the sender.
If no return address is available, unauthorized mail will be stored in the inmate's locker until the inmate's release.

Visitation Rules
Visitation occurs via video from the visitor’s home/device or in the lobby of the Rhea County Community Justice Center which is located at 1169 Market Street, Dayton, TN, 37321. Inmates are usually allowed one 40-minute visits per week. Each inmate may have two visitors at a time.
