Unlike some of the other facilities in the United States, the Clark County Work Release does not only just allow inmates to send and receive written letters, but inmates can also send and receive emails as well through JPay.
You will need to keep in mind if you opt-in for sending and receiving emails, it is NOT free, and it will cost the inmate money as well.
All incoming and outgoing mail will be examined by the prison staff to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
Sending Money
The Clark County Work Release allows family and friends to send money to inmates in their facilities by one of four different ways.
The most popular way that friends and family members send inmates funds is using JPay. You can use JPay over the phone, online, or in person. It’s the fastest and easiest way to send inmates money while they are in the Clark County Work Release.
You can also take advantage of using Western Union and GTL as well.
Phone Calls
When an inmate is kept in the Clark County Work Release, they are permitted to make phone calls home. The Clark County Work Release contracts with GTL for their phone service.
You can put money directly on their phone account through GTL if you would like. The inmate is responsible to have funds on their account to be able to call home.
All calls will be limited to 15 minutes per person for all inmates to have the chance to contact their loved ones.
Visitation Rules
If you would like to visit an inmate here at the Clark County Work Release, you will need to first and foremost fill out the visitor's application. You will then need to wait for the visitor application to be approved before you can schedule your visitation appointment.
To schedule a visitor appointment, you will need to contact the following number 360-397-2166 during Monday through Wednesday between the hours of 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Visitation will be held on Thursdays between the following time frames:

1 pm to 2:30 pm
If the inmate you are looking for is currently housed in the management control unit in the Clark County Work Release, they will have to have been in the facility for more than a month with no infractions to receive two contact visits every calendar month.
If the inmate you are looking for is currently housed in the Close Custody Transition Unit in the Clark County Work Release, they will have to have no infractions to receive four contact visits every calendar month.
All visits for inmates can last up to 90 minutes.
