Visitation occurs via video from the visitor’s home/device or in the lobby of the Manitowoc County Community Justice Center which is located at 1025 South 9th Street, Manitowoc, WI, 54220. Inmates are usually allowed one 40-minute visits per week. Each inmate may have two visitors at a time.
